High-Volume UPC-A Generator for Amazon FBA Sellers

This guide will show you how to turn a spreadsheet into a multi-page PDF of compliant UPC-A barcodes—perfect for your high-volume Amazon FBA products.

Listing products on Amazon FBA requires each item to have a unique and valid UPC-A barcode. Creating these one by one is inefficient for high-volume sellers. Our free Bulk Barcode Generator is an automated service that lets you generate hundreds of print-ready labels from your product data in seconds.

Why UPC-A for Amazon FBA?

UPC-A (Universal Product Code) is the standard barcode for retail products in North America and is required by Amazon for most categories. Using official GS1-sourced UPCs ensures your products are uniquely identified and accepted by Amazon's fulfillment centers.

Step 1: Prepare Your Data File

Your data should be in a CSV or Excel (`.xlsx`) file with headers in the first row (e.g., `UPC`, `ProductName`). Each row will become a unique label for one product.

Step 2: Configure Your UPC-A Label

Navigate to the Bulk Barcode Generator and upload your file.

  1. Set Label Size: Define your label dimensions (e.g., 2" x 1").
  2. Add a Barcode: Click "Add Barcode" in the configurator.
  3. Select Format: Choose UPC from the format dropdown.
  4. Link Data: Connect the barcode's value to your `UPC` column header.

The live preview will show your label with data from your first product row. You can add text elements for FNSKUs or product names as well.
