Bulk ITF-14 Generator for Carton Boxes

Efficiently create barcodes for your shipping cases and outer cartons, perfect for printing directly on corrugated cardboard.

When shipping products in bulk, you need a barcode on the outer carton. The **ITF-14** (Interleaved 2 of 5) barcode is the global standard for this purpose. Our Bulk Barcode Generator helps you create hundreds of these barcodes from a simple data file.

Why Use ITF-14 for Cartons?

ITF-14 is a high-density, numeric-only barcode that encodes a 14-digit GTIN (Global Trade Item Number). Its structure, including the thick "bearer bars" around it, makes it highly tolerant of poor printing quality, which is common on corrugated cardboard surfaces. It's designed for scanning in a warehouse, not at a retail point-of-sale.

Step 1: Prepare Your 14-Digit GTINs

Your data should be in a CSV or Excel (`.xlsx`) file. You'll need a column containing your 14-digit carton codes. The first row must be a header, like `ITF14_Code`.

  1. Set Label Size: Define the area for your barcode.
  2. Add Barcode: Add a barcode element and choose ITF from the format list.
  3. Link Data: Link the barcode's value to your `ITF14_Code` column.
