Bulk QR Code Generator for Employee ID Cards

Modernize your employee badges by adding unique QR codes that can store contact info, link to profiles, or integrate with internal systems.

Manually creating an ID card for every employee is time-consuming. With our Bulk Barcode Generator, you can automate the creation of hundreds of ID cards, each with a unique QR code, from a simple staff list.

Why Use QR Codes on ID Cards?

QR codes are incredibly versatile. You can use them to encode:

  • vCard Contact Details: Allow colleagues and clients to instantly save contact information to their phone.
  • Employee ID Numbers: Integrate with security or time-tracking systems.
  • Links to Profiles: Direct users to an internal directory or a personal LinkedIn page.

Step 1: Prepare Your Employee Data

Create a CSV or Excel (`.xlsx`) file with your employee data. If you want to create vCard QR codes, you'll need to format the data in a single column. You can use an online vCard generator and paste the results into your spreadsheet.

  2. Add QR Code: Add a barcode element and select QR Code from the format list.
  3. Link QR Data: Link the QR code's value to your `vCardData` or `EmployeeID` column.
  4. Add Text: Add text elements for `FullName` and `JobTitle`, linking them to the respective columns.
